Phrase balloons can be used for a wide range of decor and photo ops! Use them to add some extra flair to your event or party, or as a photo prop. These balloons are self-sealing, so no heat sealer is required. Can be inflated with a straw, balloon hand pump, or electric inflator, and you're ready to go! Inflating with helium will allow the balloon to float. It can be secured to any object with fishing line, ribbon, or to a balloon weight. Of course, in most cases, you may not require them to float and can be inflated with air only. Add them to existing balloon decor as the centerpiece or secure them to a wall, table, or chair. Hang with ribbon, string, or fishing line by running it through the tabs on the balloon. Balloon curling ribbon may not provide sufficient strength and may snap under force, tension, or high winds.
